CHILI LIME SALMON WITH MANGO AVOCADO SALSA

Ingredients:

  • Salmon Fillets
  • Olive Oil
  • Chili Seasoning
  • Lime Juice

For the Salsa:

  • Honey
  • Mango
  • Cilantro
  • Jalapeno or Serrano Chile Peppers
  • Lime Juice
  • Avocado

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Season the Fillet with Olive Oil, Lime Juice, and Chli Seasoning
  2. Bake the salmon at a high oven temperature, approximately 475F, for 10 minutes

For the Salsa:

  1. To make mango avocado salsa, simply combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
